Then it just stopped. It's as if it's just a phase I had to go through so I can be educated that there is such thing as not eating any of those junk. I didn't really eat healthy after, it took months even years before I lost interest on the unhealthy habits I used to do but eventually I got there. Whenever I start to feel any pain in that area, I just try to drink insane amount of water. It helped, really. There was even a time the bleeding stopped even without taking any drug.
